I have been correspending witht he seller via e-mail. After several e-mails, was told to return the controller, cords and array. I did so at my expense. After about 2 weeks, received the controller, cords and array back and was told it was tested and works properly. I thought great - I finally can use the product. The controller still does not work. The only way to get this to operate is to hold the on button down the entire time. This is not what I had in mind when purchasing this item. I am now going to be returning the product to the seller (at my shipping expense, of course) and am requesting a full refund and will look elsewhere for a similar product as the foot detox is a good product and does work if the unit operates correctly.

I purchased this over a month ago and after incurring SERIOUS shipping charges because the original was defective and they returned the entire product without replacing the defective part but replaced the array with an apparently USED and corroded array, I have had it. I also listed a review a week or two ago but it is nowhere to be seen on this sight. Don't buy this. RUN!

Contrary to some reviewers, this unit actually works as described. When we first received it, brand new, my wife tried it and the water turned dark brown with bubbles. I tried it next and the water was clear. My younger daughter tried it and the water turned orangish. A couple days later, my younger daughter tried it first and the water turned orangish. Then my wife tried it and the water turned brown. I tried it, and the water remained fairly clear. Now, whenever our older daughter has swollen lymph nodes, she uses it and the swelling is gone by the end of the treatment. Nothing else seems to work for her. Incidentally, her results are not subjective. The lymph nodes begin by being rock hard and end up unnoticeable before the treatment is over.
I know there will be nay-sayers who will respond to this and tell us it doesn't work because they can't explain it or because they believe it violates Newtonian physics. In this case, imperical evidence cannot be sufficiently argued away. Oh!and I recommend using reverse osmosis water to reduce the chance of discoloring the water because of contaminants. Also, some people add things to the water. Don't do it. Just follow the poorly written instructions(LOL), fill it with reverse osmosis water, and enjoy. It's not a cure all as some people may claim, but it does seem to help some things. And if it doesn't work for you, it doesn't mean that it doesn't work for others. To those for whom it will work, enjoy!

I notice a difference in how I feel when I use this foot bath. It works every bit as well as the expensive ones I was using at the health places that offer it as a service. I feel lighter and have more clarity and it helps with constipation. At $30 per service at the health places, this pays for itself.

I have read many reviews on this product all over the internet, and can definitely say that most people are not fully aware of how good this product is. I have had one for over 4 months and absolutely do not regret spending the money I did. Both my husband and I have seen incredible differences both physically and mentally with this detox. I have heard people saying that it works whether there is feet in the bath or not, and I'd like to comment that this is not true. It works only when the feet are being used. This product is a must have for anyone who cares about their health!!
