we've had this product for about 3 years and it has never failed. It has manual and automatic settings that can range the massage from light to quite vigorous. Best done with socks on from our perspective, but 10-15 minutes with your feet and calves in this product and your feet will feel tingly and ready to go at it again. Great product - yes its a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. High quality, durable, reliable...I could go on.

I was a bit skeptical at first on the price of this item as compared to those found at Brookstone, Sharper Image, etc. However, I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. It is comparable in every way to the more expensive feet massagers.

"I received a defective foot massager for which I had paid a heavy price of 250 dollars. Seller does not respond my calls. Foot massager is very heavy and will cost a lot to ship it back. I am still following up with both Amazon and Seller to see if my return shipping will be re-imbursed. Overall a very bad service. I am completely dissatisfied to receive a defective item and the hassles of return"
